CID is a
non profit association and is managed by a small Board of Directors elected by
the general assembly of all the associates. The Board includes: Pier Giorgio Ardeni (President and Legal representative),
Antonio Andracchio, Davide
Branco.
The administration and accounting are
coordinated by Irene Barbapiccola,
under the guidance and supervision of the Studio Commercialista Grannonio.
CID has a very limited permanent staff
structure, mostly for administrative purposes, and relies on a network of
competent professionals, working both on a stable and on an occasional basis

Antonio Andracchio, Doctorate, is a private consultant in
statistics and management. He
has a valuable experience a san applied statistician on poverty issues.
Pier
Giorgio Ardeni, MA, PhD, is a Full Professor of Development Economics at the
University of Bologna. He has an extensive international experience as an
expert in poverty, macroeconomic policy advice and statistics (surveys).
Francesco
Billeci, formerly a private consultant working for CID, is now at the European
Commission in Brussels, Directorate for Development. He has a considerable
experience as a project management expert in the Balkans.
Davide Branco,
MA, has a 20 year international experience as a private consultant and expert
of SME development and regional development.
Luigi
Cuna, Doctorate, is currently working at IFAD in Rome as an expert on
monitoring and evaluation. He has a valuable experience in M&E in various
countries.
Fion De
Vletter, MA, is a private consultant with a 30 year experience in developing
countries as en economist. He is an expert of microcredit and informal economy.
Leonardo
Ditta is an Associate Professor of Political Economy at the Faculty of Law in
Perugia. He as a considerable experience as an expert in Mozambique and Brazil.
