Payment Information:

Tuition for the course is 1,500 € which includes application fee, tuition and lunches during training. Travel, lodging and incidental expenses must be covered by participants or other funding sources. The Summer School has retained rooms in two venues in the Centre of Bologna. Residence contact information and rates are listed below.

Payment Instructions: Fee must be paid in full by August 25, 2007.

Refunds: Tuition refunds of 1,450 € will only be provided if the course is cancelled (minimum number of 15 participants not reached) or if participants withdraw before September 7, 2008. In either case a 50€ application and administrative fee will be retained. If a participant withdraws from the course after September 7, no refund will be available.

Lodging during the Summer School

Participants must make their own room reservations. Blocks of rooms are being held for participants at two venues in downtown Bologna. Web Links to the hotels are also listed below. Reservations must be made by the Reservation Deadline ( July 22, for the Hotel Galaxy and August 20 for the Hotel Imperial). The hotels have guaranteed to hold rooms until that date. Participants are of course free to make alternative arrangements.
